At some point of our lives, we experience hurt that we fear to trust again. Our fear of betrayal. Take baby steps day by day to become open and trusting within the very little things. The more we think over our past heartbreak, the more it lingers in our hearts. But if we just let it go naturally, our pain will heal naturally and will barely leave a scar.
We trust somebody in terms of perceiving that in spite of appearance they're decent persons with good intentions and with integrity. However, look can be very deceiving. Our previous experience affect our current relationship if we let our negative experiences destroy our reserve until such time when we become open enough to be vulnerable and trust once more.
We appreciate that every now and then things are going to be powerful. That's life and that we are going to be tested. However, keep in mind that our emotional heartbreak is not the end of the world. We need to let go of the past and move on forward. Our past won't define our future. It does not mean that if we are hurt in the past, we will also have a similar experience in the future. In other words, we've been hurt once doesn't mean that it's likely to happen once more.
What you pay most of it slow wondering becomes your reality... the very fact that it's laborious to trust someone? If it keeps happening to you, stop and reflect where did you go wrong, Love yourself foremost. When we love ourselves, it begets love. Knowing that no matter what happens we need to bounce back from our failures. That what resilient people do.
Yes, in fact we're invariably stricken by rejection because it happens as a part of life. We have a tendency to didn't get what we wished. But what's important, to learn from that negative experience to prevent us falling taken with once more.
Use rejection as a springboard to search out more about yourself, what you learned, why you are feeling the method you are doing, what you're permitting to urge within the method, wherever you're maybe sabotaging yourself. Use it to explore your values and what you actually wish in life.
Learning to trust somebody once more once is very troublesome... however, it's not possible.Your past doesn't equal your future. I learned this idea from the people I met in my field of work from different walks of life. It's not because we've been hurt within the past doesn't suggest we will get hurt once more.
So, let go of your fears and start trusting once more. This is actually the key to make a relationship work. No two people are the same. Just trust in your own judgment. However, if you retain distrusting yourself, you may keep distrusting others, that creates a positive feedback.
Part of building your confidence is to seem once yourself and understand that simply because you understand that somebody has done one thing nasty to you, you'll be okay. You'll cope on your own.

Create Momentum in 3 Minutes Flat
By Jeanna Gabellini
It's common to experience fulfillment in some areas of your life while feeling like you're backpedaling in another area.
Have no fear, if you want to move forward in that one area.
Here's something you can do right now. Seize the moment! It'll only take about one minute longer than it takes for you to read this article.
Bring to mind the optimal outcome you want. Just spend a moment articulating, in one or two sentences, the end result. For example, "I found my perfect house on the water and the financing easily fell into place." Notice I put this in past tense, as if it already happened.
Now, what can you find that's working well about the current situation? What can you appreciate?
I began looking for a house before my financing was in place and before my mate was on board with this goal. It looked like an impossible dream at the time. When I was house hunting, I focused appreciation toward my realtor, who was patient, enthusiastic, and compassionate. I appreciated that many people gave me creative ideas for my financing. Every house gave me a new design or decorating idea.
Make the obstacles less significant.
Remember that no matter what aggravating evidence is revealed to make it look like your goal is being stomped on by the Universe, don't give it too much attention.
You'll always find a way to get your outcome if you release the obstacles as relevant.
Whenever I found a house that piqued my interest, either the price tag was several hundred thousand above my budget, the view was the size of a postage stamp, or my mate would find something wrong with the deal. I kept holding out that the Universe would find a way to bring together all the pieces in an ideal way.
When you're not feeling inspired or ease around the goal, stop all action and attention to it.
This is the time to go get involved in the areas of your life that are working well.
Trust me, you will not benefit from trying to make something happen when you are feeling agitated. Even if the area you need movement in is finances. Your finances can't improve when you've got your panties in a wad about them. You're only a vibrational match to trickles of income when your attitude is in the dumps.
Every moment is an opportunity to acknowledge that there are good things happening in your life. There might only be one or two things you can find that seem to be okay. Give some energy there. You're always in transition, and this moment is only temporary. The good stuff is coming, but you have to chill out in the meantime.

Being Content: How to Not Let Others Affect You
Ever wondered how to be content and happy without letting others affect you? How is it possible? Is it at all possible? This article answers these questions.
Let others' presence not bother you. You do your stuff all by yourself whatever you can. If you need co-ordination or help, ask for it. In break time, have fun and cut jokes and be happy. When you return to your work, do it coolly and be happy. You will cover many milestones this way. Stay in slow and steady mode - after all, you are the person who will win at it. Perseverance and determination always count.
Let others' words not sting at you. Make it go through one ear and out through the other ear. You may not allow what others say hurt you. Be firm and strong and speak boldly. Everything will work out and you do not have to be a people pleaser.
Let how others behave not bother you. You cannot expect everyone to be perfect and up to your standard. Nevertheless talk normally and accept them but don't let them hamper your thoughts or work.
Let how other people dress not bother you. If there is a dress code at work and someone violates it, they will have to pay for it. So you don't bother and sweat. If you don't like the way someone is dressed at a party or reunion, don't bother to say anything. Just keep your distance and mix with the people you are comfortable with and stay contented.
It's not your job to fix anyone. Let others do what they like, talk, behave or wear anything they like. You don't bother about these things unless it's your own family and would like to suggest something more rational or positive.
Learn to be content with your stuff in your place at work or home. Don't let anybody affect your peace of mind. You may sit in a garden for sometime or spend your time at a home library. Time will pass peacefully. If you crave for someone's company, let him or her know that and let them spend time with you for the time being and be content and happy.
Summing up, please don't let others' odd presence or behavior affect you. You may be in for a shock or surprise but it is totally their business. Control yourself and stay cool and at peace with yourself. That way you don't lose your temper or your peace of mind. Instead, tranquility surrounds you in your environment and you are left with your thoughts and work to enjoy and be content.

What Is "Prosperity" Thinking and How Do I Think That Way?
The Google dictionary definition of prosperity is "the state of being prosperous". Synonyms listed with the definition include profitability, affluence, wealth, opulence, luxury, the good life, milk, and honey, (good) fortune, ease, plenty, comfort, security, well-being, for example, "she deserves all the prosperity she now enjoys."
While the definitions and many in society use "prosperity" as a reference to financial riches and gains. There is a related school of thought that widens the framework of prosperity to not just be "prosperous" financially, but to include a way of being, called "prosperity thinking or mindset". This is talking about the ability to view your whole life through a lens of prosperity in your thinking. This is significant because research has shown a great majority of a humans thought is negative, which is the opposite of prosperity thinking. There is a variety of research showing negative thinking is more natural to the human being, which would mean prosperity/positive thinking and thought is not natural to the human being.
- 80% human thoughts per day are negative (2)
- our attitudes are more heavily influenced by bad news than good news (3)
- in the English dictionary, 62% are negative emotional words vs. only 32% positive words (4)
- 75-98% of mental and physical illnesses come from our thought life! (1)
In my years of study, learning and working in personal growth and development, psychology, counseling and coaching, there are a few concepts that come to the top to help you shift your thinking to a more prosperous mind. The value of this is not only positive to your mood and inner wellbeing but affects you physically and ripples into the rest of your life (actions and attraction). Some might find the topic of positive psychology to feel "fluffy", "rosy thinking" or unrealistic, however, when people find themselves surrounded by negativity, depressed, stuck and constantly fighting "funks", these simple practices can change their life.
While simple, on one hand, these are multifaceted "practices" to develop and master in your life. There are books that dive deeper into the topic, but for the sake of introduction, here are three components I have found to be key to developing and growing your prosperous mind.
1. Growth or Fixed Thinking. To have a prosperous mind - you want to have GROWTH THINKING vs. FIXED THINKING. This concept is more commonly taught in the academic and education world, however, it is a foundation of learning and a core way of thinking, learning and growing that applies to our entire life. Mindsetworks is a site that explains the origin of this concept. Dr. Carol Dweck, a Stanford professor, studied thousands of children and coined the term "fixed" and "growth" mindset to describe the underlying beliefs people have about learning and intelligence. When students were encouraged in growth thinking ("learning is my goal" "effort makes me stronger") their scores and results improved. In contrast, those who have fixed thinking, focus on their limitations and can even be a victim of the skills and talents they believe they do or do not have without any control to make themselves better. This is a great YouTube to explain how it works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=75GFzikmRY0
2. Abundance vs. Scarcity. To have a Prosperity Mindset, look at what IS POSSIBLE vs. what IS NOT POSSIBLE. Abundance says there is enough and there is plenty, it trusts that whatever is has perfection to it. It creates contentment and confidence of acceptance to see the value and benefit of what is. Scarcity focuses on what we do not have and that there is not enough. It creates a fear of the lack and generates a panic to take or get because there will not be enough or I might not have enough. Because of our negative natural human wiring, it is natural to see the world and life from a sacristy perspective. For example, two children are sharing and think, if I don't get the toy I want now, I might not get it. As an adult, if you don't get a job you apply for, scarcity worries, I won't get a job or did poorly. The difference is an abundance mindset, which has similarities or overlaps with the growth mindset sees it differently. Abundance knows I will have time with the toy sometime. Abundance knows if I keep trying I will get the right job at the right time. To me, abundance vs scarcity is about trust vs. fear.
3. Unattachment vs. attachment. Lastly, unattachment is the ability to let something go and if it is meant to be it will come back. Attachment is one way of seeing, thinking and doing something. Usually, attachment is being attached to my way. I have a preconceived idea of how it has to go and look and if it does not happen that way, I see it as failure. Unattachment sets goals and has visions but is open to how things might evolve or unfold. That does not mean getting off course or ten directions, it just means being flexible to possibilities and opportunities as they present themselves and being open enough to recognize them even though they might not have been what you expected. For example, you really want a job at Apple, but do not get it. You are given the opportunity to volunteer at the high school and help with the tech club, which would be an opportunity to do something connected to your goal and create connections that would help you achieve your goal in the future. Often even better opportunities than we can imagine present themselves. This is about your attitude.
Prosperity Thinking = Growth Mindset + Prosperity Perspective + Unattachment (what can I learn and how can I grow + what is possible and what can I do + open to what happens without rules, limits or demands on how that evolves).
A good way to test your thinking is to write your goals and then 5 thoughts about your goals. Put them through the filter and make sure they are growth-minded, have a prosperity perspective and surrender attachments. If the thoughts are more fixed, scarcity and attached, make a T chart and write the positive perspective on the other side. You can begin to train your thinking and shift the way you believe, think and respond to the world. The benefits will not only bring more joy and energy to your life, but the impact you have on others will be noticeable and significant as well.

Wisdom From the Universe: How Do I Change My Life Now?
Life establishes a rhythm and a pattern. Days go by and it may seem as if the world around you is evolving but somehow your life is stuck or never changing, growing, or moving forward. Perhaps it is a pattern of work, debt, struggle, pain, searching, and wanting a better life that constantly surrounds your working thoughts each day.
When you can no longer feel a sense of peace, because your thoughts are overshadowed by the reality of life, this is when you wish for change the most. The worse the conditions of life are perceived to be, the more urgent the need for change becomes.
A person may begin to feel the need to plead to a higher power or supreme being in an attempt to cause changes. And for many, when their lives do not change, it can lead to a sense of frustration and despair.
A universal truth is this: Life can challenge you. Life can cause you pain. Life can make it hard to know how you will ever get ahead when all you can see is the same set of circumstances from day to day. Life holds no guarantees, even if a person is born into perfect circumstances.
Maybe you want more for your life, career, or to wake up with a sense of hope about circumstances. Right now you may be faced with many challenges, from those of a physical nature, to those which are more emotional or spiritual. There may even be added pressures which compound how you feel, from finances to relationships. And you cannot escape the vitriol spread through social media and the news. The cry for change is reaching an all-time high now.
Asking for Help
The natural reaction is to want to ask someone for answers, typically a person who is involved with a faith-based, spiritual, or religious association. They will usually tell you to rely upon another being and this may or may not bring comfort as the conditions seem so out of control to so many, and if a supreme being or deity or source was already in control, wouldn't this entity already step in? Why must so many people plead or pray or beg before changes occur?
When people are told to trust and have faith, this generally means there isn't an answer available that those people are willing to hear or are ready to embrace. Could you imagine if more people accepted the idea the universe is "run" by a Collective Consciousness, not a supreme being, deity, source, or even "the universe" itself? It would be too much for most people to accept as it seems someone must be in charge or controlling all of us in some way now.
Yet the interesting thing is this: When someone is told to pray, they are being told to be quiet and listen. Without knowing it, they are practicing a method of tuning into the Collective Consciousness of Mankind or the living memories and active knowledge of all humans. When knowledge and insight is received, it is assumed a prayer was answered or there was divine intervention. But what happened is the person became receptive enough to receive wisdom available at any time and to anyone.
Here's What You Can Do
This is how a person can begin to initiate change: Tune out the noise and turn within. It's not easy to do when social media keeps us actively engaged in the outrage of the latest news and people's reactions, or we feel no escape from our own lives, but that's how it begins.
Now some spiritual teachers will state a person who is in pain can still be in pain but feel hopeful. A person who is unemployed, debt ridden, depressed, spiritually down, or any other number of devastating factors - can simply choose to think a different thought.
It is true that there is power in how and what we think, and we always have a choice. But you cannot be in the middle of life's conditions and decide new thoughts will in fact create new conditions. The phrase "thoughts become things" is misleading because there is something more to it: The thoughts. That's what the spiritual leaders do not teach. You need to find the thoughts from the Collective Consciousness of Mankind, not just state "I will feel better today".
So what are these thoughts? The thoughts that come from the Collective Consciousness of Mankind are ideas, plans, wisdom, inspiration, and so on.
Make Time to Listen When You Can
Find time to listen with your mind to tune out other thoughts. Some call it meditation. But you can write, paint, draw, walk, or do anything to get into your own zone, to tune out the noise of life, society, and technology. When you do this, just free flow your writing, drawing, or whatever you are doing. Have a question or two about life and wait for inspiration. Wait for it to arrive and it will. It will feel like inspiration, insight, creativity, and happiness most of all.
Use what insight you receive when you make time to listen to decide what steps to take to improve your life or make important decisions. This will allow your attitude to evolve, then your disposition, and before long, you will begin to find new ways of creating improvements in how you live.
You may not eliminate pain, debt, or an unfulfilling job all at once, but knowing you can find insight and wisdom on your own will give you a new sense of self-empowerment and self-confidence. Even a new method of coping with conditions can create a new outlook on your future.

You may not eliminate pain, debt, or an unfulfilling job all at once, but knowing you can find insight and wisdom on your own will give you a new sense of self-empowerment and self-confidence. Even a new method of coping with conditions can create a new outlook on your future.

To Have And Be
Each of us is given a different starting position in life. There are those born in abundance, those failing and those in the middle. This, for some, is the exact and simple reflection of the injustice of life. However, it is also true that from an economic statistics viewpoint, our starting conditions are only potentially important and numerically irrelevant. What really matters is what we do with what we have; therefore our ability to grow. A 100% profit is an equally deserving success, regardless of the initial availability of those who participate, which have in any case doubled.
This way of seeing things, which naturally applies to all levels of being and not just financially, gives us our current position, if we pause for a moment to analyze it, and the consequent future projection, if we continue to do what we are doing. When we evaluate our work and what we have achieved with this refined art of modeling our personality, comparing them to our initial possibilities, we know that the same economic statistics also apply to the life of every other human being. Evaluating the starting point is to lose sight of what really matters, which is our ability to grow.
To congratulate ourselves and our family, if we are born in abundance, or curse life if we are left to fail, or not knowing which way to go if we are born in the middle, is a waste of time and resources, when it lasts longer than necessary; that is to say, if it becomes the attitude or even the purpose of our life. Calculating then that we are a compound of different levels of awareness, even our qualities and talents are certainly differentiated; otherwise, we would all be the same. Here's why some of us have different propensities, destinies, and needs of the soul, which we could never measure, know and judge.
Our way of evaluating others should be the same with which we evaluate ourselves, considering progress and growth based on reciprocal starting positions. If we happen to have much, we must make good use of this, and if we happen to have little we must make good use of this all the same. The apparent difficulties are always related to the real ability to do the best possible with what we have, then to wisely administer our intrinsic wealth - whatever it is and always considered as our propensity of incarnation - and to realize our birth's individual possibility. The choice is clearly ours; stay seed or bloom, are the only two available options.
